Direct Purchase Consumers Only - Modems
Only those products purchased directly from an authorized ARRIS consumer retail store are eligible for ARRIS Consumer Warranty support.
- If you did NOT purchase your ARRIS branded product from a retail store, please contact your Cable Operator directly for warranty support. Products purchased from non-authorized resellers (including websites) are not eligible for ARRIS warranty support.
- For warranty support on modems purchased from authorized resellers visit our consumer support website. Technical support assistance outside of warranty support regarding service operation should be directed to your Cable Operator.
