ARRIS is the market leader in subscriber premises equipment for cable telephony with combined deployments of over 8 million lines of proprietary constant-bit rate (CBR) Cornerstone® Voice Port® units and PacketCable™ compliant Touchstone E-MTAs.

Building upon the success of the market leading Touchstone TM502 design, ARRIS has introduced the Touchstone TM504. The TM504 delivers four lines of primary line Voice over IP (VoIP) along with High-Speed Data Access. The Touchstone Telephony Modem TM504 uses a single battery slot with two battery pack options to support telephony service during extended power outages.

Multiline Models for Business Service Applications

ARRIS also leads in the development of multiline E-MTAs. The ARRIS Touchstone Telephony Modem TM512 and TM508 are DOCSIS® 2.0-based, PacketCable 1.5-complaint multiline E-MTAs, designed to support small business and residential multiple dwelling unit (MDU) applications by providing up to 12 subscriber line interfaces and one 10/100BaseT Ethernet port in a compact mechanical package. The TM508 and TM512 provide 8 and 12 lines of Voice over IP (VoIP) respectively.
