Access Service Assure

Monitors DOCSIS® networks, reports on faults and performance, and uniquely provides expert recommendations on preventative maintenance actions.

A key application in the ServAssure Advanced solution family, Access Service Assure monitors millions of broadband devices down to the individual device level to ensure maximum performance and availability. By combining comprehensive network data collection and correlation capabilities, Access Service Assure isolates and prioritizes problems before providing quick and efficient recommendations to resolve the issues.

Customer Experience Measurement

Access Service Assure correlates and analyzes all traffic and connectivity measurements to create a unique measure of subscriber experience represented on a single screen via network health summaries. These patent-pending summaries measure network health based on simulated Mean Opinion Scoring (MOS) to determine availability in terms of Degraded Modem Hours (DMH) or Severely Degraded Modem Hours (SDMH), and identify network issues that are causing either QoS-sensitive applications or all applications to fail.

Access Service Assure Network health summaries enable you to:

X-ray Service Analyzer is the only software offering with real-time and historical data for the CM, as well as the interface and CMTS supporting that device.
