| System installation is simple - CXM RF engineers will review the property's as-builts (cable plant schematics) and configure the system design which is verified in an initial site survey. Depending on the size of the property and number of buildings, an experienced cable technician can install the Broadband Gateway and ancillary equipment used to bypass active amps (line extender and 2 diplexers) in a few hours to a few days. Once the Broadband Gateway is installed, the entire property is enabled with high speed data. And because our customer equipment, the Access Appliance, is designed for self-installation, your technician's job is done...saving loads of money on multiple truck rolls required on other systems to install consumer cable modems. |
