12/14/2007 - Suwanee, GA: ARRIS Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ARRS - News) and C-COR Incorporated (Nasdaq: CCBL - News) today announced that their respective shareholders overwhelmingly approved the proposed combination, with approximately 98% of the shares voted cast in favor of the transaction.
ARRIS and C-COR expect the transaction to close later today and will issue a press release post-closing which will provide final transaction details.
