ARRIS considers the following in evaluating potential Resellers:
- ARRIS and the Reseller must find a mutually agreed fit for product and geographic location/s. This will include a basic analysis of the Reseller's current vendor agreements to avoid competitive situations and an exchange of relevant company information.
- Upon receipt and evaluation of relevant Reseller information ARRIS and Reseller may make a joint decision based on the potential business opportunity.
- A joint agreement will be made and the Reseller will be expected to conform to the relevant ARRIS documents to be established and considered as a Reseller. Once an agreement has been made and all documents confirmed, the working relationship will commence, growing together in a joint effort for success.
