ARRIS considers the following in evaluating potential Resellers:

  1. ARRIS and the Reseller must find a mutually agreed fit for product and geographic location/s. This will include a basic analysis of the Reseller's current vendor agreements to avoid competitive situations and an exchange of relevant company information.

  2. Upon receipt and evaluation of relevant Reseller information ARRIS and Reseller may make a joint decision based on the potential business opportunity.

  3. A joint agreement will be made and the Reseller will be expected to conform to the relevant ARRIS documents to be established and considered as a Reseller. Once an agreement has been made and all documents confirmed, the working relationship will commence, growing together in a joint effort for success.
